Team balance is due 14 days prior to the tournament.
Team roster is due 14 days before the tournament.
No refunds given inside of 30 days to tournament start date.
If arenas are closed due to COVID 19 or any other health condition, teams may transfer their fees to any other Northland Hockey Group Tournament. Teams requesting a refund will receive their fee less a 15% administrative fee. If Northland Hockey Group cancels an event, teams will receive a full refund or transfer their fees to any other Northland Hockey Group tournament.
Teams choosing not participate due to inclement weather will receive a 50% refund. If Northland Hockey Group cancels or an arena closes, teams will receive a full refund or transfer their fees to any other Northland Hockey Group tournament. In the case of a delays due to severe weather/acts of god/injury, games may be shortened or altered to keep games on time or due to facility needs to other user groups.
