Players are accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. Players must submit registration and payment to guarantee placement. No verbal commitments will be accepted.
No refunds are given within 30 days of the tournament start date.
If arenas are closed due to COVID-19 or any other health condition, teams may transfer their fees to any other Northland Hockey Group Tournament. Teams requesting a refund will receive their fee less a 15% administrative fee. If Northland Hockey Group cancels an event, teams will receive a full refund or transfer their fees to any other Northland Hockey Group tournament.
Teams choosing not to participate due to inclement weather will receive a 50% refund. If Northland Hockey Group cancels or an arena closes, teams will receive a full refund or transfer their fees to any other Northland Hockey Group tournament. In the case of delays due to severe weather/acts of god/injury, games may be shortened or altered to keep games on time or due to the facility needs of other user groups.
